The saddest store I've ever walked into. 85% of the shelves and merchandise were covered with a film of dust. Some shelves and kiosks were falling apart . About 30% of the merchandise had been opened.

Staff is hit or miss but there is always a lot of them around. You can check online if they have what your looking for first. Always helpful.

The guys that work here are trying to be helpful.. But they feel so pushy; it's like "let me breathe." If I need help, I'll ask for it.

Great customer service. Always go for protection plan on expensive items (they replaced my $2,000+ camera w new one )

They price match, so if you're about to throw down $20 for an HDMI cable, you can find a $4.50 one on your smartphone and show them, and you'll pay that! They won't price match the .01 cent ones.

Head over to the Best Buy Mobile department for a free upgrade check! Their phones have no mail in rebates and are always cheaper than the carrier stores!

You can find anything they sell cheaper almost anywhere else.. especially look online for true bargains... Only reason to shop there is if you need it now.

This is a very good Best Buy location. Staff are helpful and courteous.

Restrooms R a health code violation. Went 2 wash hands, N was met with a total biohazardous dump . An employee "baptizing" the stalls, urinating everywhere. Towel dispenser, broken. Trash everywhere.

Just their blu-rays when on sale.

Bluray movies when on sale.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! bought ipad on line for store pickup. BB took $569.99 out of my acct yet said order didn't go thru & won't refund $ or give ipad.  hv to file fraud w bank to get $ back. 

Worst service ever. No one was working or greeting customers in the computer department. I waited 20 min minutes and finally greeted with someone. And guess what they didn't have what I needed.

Laptops! Just got a new one !

Customer service is very bad and rude, in the wireless department. Emailed their management, and no response. They don't care about their customers.

Always a good service in the musical instruments department...

Poor service. Came in to buy two 4K Samsung TVs and no one bothered to help but could stand around and talk to one another.

Worst music selection ever. :(
