Great place to work out. It can get crowded there on the weekend mornings. Parking can be hard to find sometimes. Just be patience and someone eventually leaves. It just takes a couple of minutes.

I love the atmosphere here. Machines and equipment are well maintained, lots of classes , cold water and there's so much going on, no one is "looking" at you, very welcoming.

Love the park . You don't have to be a member for your kids to enjoy it.

Toby Wells is the best! The cycling classes rock and you have got to utilize nike plus on the machines. I just wish the would bump up the childcare time limit to 2 hrs like it use to be.

Good yoga but I call it children’s Y cause so many kids and parents so it’s loud and crowded at times. Still nice Y!

Parking arrows are illogical. just as long as you give appropriate space, look both ways, life's good. And have fun!

They changed the way the parking lot is set up. Don't be a douche: look at the arrows !

Great free childcare while you workout. Get here before 5 or you'll have to park in an adjacent lot and you'll have to wait in line for a child care slot.

Uses Nike+iPod cardio machines, nice equipment, plenty of classes , free daycare for members, spec. military family fee. Excellent classes for kids.

Military does not pay start up fee and gets 20% off per month.

Yoga with Christiana is the best

Spin classes at lunch - Theresa, Crystal, and Eric. Avoid Heather's classes on Thurs.

Take the Friday "Happy Hour " Spin Class with Jr. Lauritano.

Park by National University by the soccer arena, much less crowded .

If you like your kids to not get bullied during camp... Then skip this place. Otherwise a great gymnastics program .

Lot's of Justin Bieber wanna be in here. Fixing their hair while working out, so annoying. Lol

Wifi is very unreliable even with strong signal

Coach Fricek is the best soccer coach for our 5-6 year olds.

Be sure to check the schedule before coming to swim . Sometimes it's closed for lessons.
