The service is amazing but the design of the rooms aren't comfortable .. The garden is amazing. The breakfast should be improved !.. The spa is amazing ????????

I came in for the Mad Hatter tea , which was quite tasty although some of the sweets were too sweet for me. Definitely come with an empty stomach!

A two sided sword: Bars and lounge are stunningly beautiful, service is marvelous. But the rooms are unpractical to an absurd amount. Interior design has never heard of "form follows function".

Mad hatters afternoon tea was lovely despite service being slow. Extremely generous portion size but you can ask for a box to take away if you don't finish it.

Been staying in the loft suite with balcony . Very quiet room with comfortable bed . Balcony has not been cleaned though. Bamboos are need watering. Food is great!
