حالياً المجمع الوحيد في أحياء شمال سلمان ونظراً لكونه صغير فهو دائماً مزدحم وفيه أزمة مواقف والخروج والدخول صعب. الخيارات اللي فيه ممتازة ومتنوعة وما ينقصه شيء من المطاعم والمقاهي وغيرها من المتاجر.
