Should you find need of a hair dryer , call down to front desk. They have them, as well as other hair tools, toiletires and more sundries. Borrow, free or buy. All you have to do is ask. Great concept

Elevators are.really slow and meeting rooms are very cold. Bring a jacket if you are attending a conference . Otherwise hotel is clean and friendly
A walk the back way thru universal to the convention center south concourse can save you about 10 minutes.
So, the first night we got there, I discovered blood on my pillow before going to sleep. Not a puddle, but a few splotches. The staff was great about replacing it.

Elevators are really slow. 2 minutes sometimes to get to the top from the bottom. Breakfast and staff are great though!
The air conditioners are SUPER loud , the bathrooms extremely small. Don't order from the 'fresh' Gallery Menu, I'm pretty sure I paid $10 for a small frozen DiGornio pizza . Breakfast was convenient.
Will never stay anywhere else love the rooms!
Breakfast is very simple here. They offer green choiced like plates and silverware rather than plastics.You will last through lunch . OCCC is very pricey .
