All the staff are prepared to lie about the animals health as soon as you ask them. They claim that all the animals are asleep, even when you can clearly see them in horrible conditions.

After the renovation, the clinic really changed ???????? you will find a variety of snacks and food. Also the customer service is better now ???????? well done Joon ????

One of the best pet shops in riyadh the dogs are beautiful some are purebred staff are nice the price was a bit high good vet good shower again costs a bit over price and not to clean not to dirty

Had my lil dog checked up yesterday the docs down this place are super friendly and professional and give out advices . The prices are reasonable comparing to other clinics

Variety of animals & fishes ..big store..vet clinic ..I went at night the cages where the cats/hamsters/dogs/turtles a bit dirty & in some of them I saw small cockroaches inside!!

Couldn't be more disappointed. Such an awful place that've nothing to do with living creatures. They only seek your money & they'll throw you to the wind right after they get it.

The guy that met us was extremely rude and kept on talking to me and my sisters in such a rude way. We went there to buy a cat, left with nothing other than disappointment. Never going there again.

My friend bought a puppy from there, where they made her sign a declaration paper confirming that her puppy is healthy. She struggled with it, treating it from weird diseases.

The worst place ever. Smells so bad and the pets in tiny box with dirty water, I don't know how they still open!! It made me sad cuz they're so cruel to pets ????????

High quality pet shop. I go there for the fish tanks and aquarium accessories . Their selection of fish is limited however.

Worst vet. They don't care about your pet they only care to rob you at the maximum.

A nice pet shop to visit they have a variety of dog breeds, more than your average pet shop in town .

My cat is in critical condition because of their doctors I use to take him for regular checks up &they have been miss diagnosing him, by the time I went for a second opinion he was in very bad shape????

I have my cat groomed here and they’re super professional and great. Overall, great store. I just wish they answered the phone.
