I can typically rely on this location to be friendly and have pretty quick service .. Obviously everyone else feels the same way.. it's busy here! :)
Curly fries are awesome! I took a easy but perfect Combo: Cravin' chicken sandwich , curly fries and drink. Zesty craving' sauce is delicious. Just for the staff : smile! And try to be lovely.
I love Arby's in general, but the Prattville store is the exception. Food looks like it was taken out of the trash. Special orders are always wrong. I hate ordering from Prattville store!
