Feels like being transported to Beijing. The variety of Chinese food is overwhelming. Top hits were the fatty pork and pork bone soup . Can't really go wrong with anything.
Crispy shrimp , prime angus rib , chili tofu skin salad , shrimp fried rice with bonito , stir fried pea sprouts with mushroom , and braised sea cucumber . Food (even hot tea ) was exceptional.
Everything was very good. Pork broth and crispy chicken were outstanding.
Imperial Marinated Beef . Braised Cod with Eggplants . Stunning!
