Surprisingly awesome apple pie ! Very nice mix of spices and tasty dough . I like the atmosphere, it's cosy on a rainy day in a terrible & touristy area.

Nice outdoor seating with a view over the square, also cozy interior . Nice selection of local beers - get Vaar&Vlam IPA beer for something authentic !

Charming and cozy café right in the middle of a trash tourist area. The art deco interior makes you feel like you’re a fancy actress from the ‘20s.

I asked for a large beer , they didn't hear 'large', so after I told I said a large one, they billed me two small. When I said I need the bill itself, the waitress throwed it on the fully wet bar . WTF?

Atrocious service. Waited for half an hour to order and it took at least twenty minutes for one beer and a tea . Ridiculous.

IDFA 2012 Tip: "Café met fijne uitstraling en zeer goed eten, vlakbij Pathé de Munt en Tuschinski" van Gast van de Volkskrant Eva van de Wijdeven.

Prachtige ambiance! Alleen jammer dat ze wijn in vieze glazen serveren! En waarom ligt er een enorme zak snoep op de pas!?! Voor de chef?
