Nice to jump and sweat it out. For the not-very-healthy, you might want to have more intervals to rest as you might feel giddy & feel your knee aching after jumping.
Parking @ The Herencia after 5pm is a flat SGD3. Depending on how long u plan to play, URA parking along Kim Yam Rd is still 50-cents for 30mins till 10pm
So fun and easy on the knees . Great cardio :-) good idea for kids. Trainers also very good
