The service was nice and the food delicious, we got the antioxidant salad which was a great choice, sprouts with bacon and mixed carrots and potatoes - all prepared very well !
I have ordered the same thing every time I've been here. So far, anyhow. I order a beet salad with a side of seared albacore . It is a sumptuous feast that I can scarcely finish.
Many dishes used to be good & fresh at UP, however, today we noticed a big change in the kitchen. My salmon was salty, beans and mushrooms acidic, similar to the flavors of the canned veggies . ????
Urban plates was my first time going here and enjoy.
The food was good and experience healthness.
Chicken was good. Not huge but a lot of flavor!

The food was very fresh, not a ton of flavor, but really enjoyed the strawberry mint lemonade

Coffees are decent and you can try their variety of donuts. Outside seating is usually available and heat lamps when it gets cold. Wifi from next door is available as well. - R C
