Seal Beach Pier

I ride mi bike to here at least once per week! It's a such a nice beach with lots of restaurants and bars , try the hangout or take a coffee while listening live music in Bogarts :)

Most here are quite friendly , and affable people! The pier is peaceful , and the smell of the Seabreeze and sound of the ocean is wonderful! Nice wooden pier as well ! There is sometimes sand art ,

Many musicians on the street there's a banjo player, a few guys who play the ukulele, a guy who plays the upright bass, mini guitar players one of which who plays the violin, a horn,, and harmonica!

So beautiful and a well maintained area. I like coming to this pier and beach at night because it feels very safe. A lot of options to eat and drink around it too!

Look for a musician named Bob, he is a great musician . Ask him to play you his original train song, and his gospel song! I believe he is the only one there who knows a bit of gospel music

Open mic is Tuesday night at Bogarts , Friday Saturday and Sunday nights are individuals and their shows! There are lots of nice street musicians !

It is untrue that Rubys closed because it was Burt down, it's closed three or four years for the fire, because of a disagreement over sanitation with the city

Right now it is fenced off and it seems like it will be for the foreseeable future! It has been fenced off for at least three or four years

It's amazing the weird things that happen here late at night till the break of dawn. So much weird crazy entertainment. But I come here for some late night meditations .

Be warned, at night here there are some sketchy characters! Especially ladies, I suspect some of these guys are really drunk/stoned/plastered

On Weds night in summer there are concerts in the park . Bring a chair, pop a squat and enjoy the waves and music !
