Very nice clean rooms with everything you need, free water, coffee , tea , WiFi , safe, hairdryer, minibar (cost) etc.. GREAT A/C. LARGE beds ???? Staff is VERY friendly , professional and accommodating.

Nice, clean , so much better than most everything around. I booked thru Agoda - when I asked fora room with a city view - I got a room with a view of a guy sitting in his flat 20 ft away.

Reasonable option for those on a budget in BKK. Public areas look like they were designed by a deranged toddler with neon & plastic but rooms are spacious & quite comfortable . Service is hit & miss.

Located in the center of parties! Walking distance to 7-11, Boots , Above Eleven sky bar , and other places that you can grab food easily. Will come back for another visit.

The room is super cozy & the staffs very friendly & helpful. One of the happening area in bangkok. Just walking distance to nana bts and perfect location for muslim tourist to get a halal food :)

Trendy hotel in a busy soi just off Sukhumvit. It's a bit of a walk from the main street so not idea of you want to travel on the sky train and it's noisy at night as there are so many bars there.

So Cool!! Recommended for you enjoy party. If you need the quiet and peaceful place for relaxing, this place is another kind of the meaning of the "relaxing". Let's go party at Here!!

One of the nicest Spg properties I have stayed at. Service is great, location is perfect!

First visit was beautiful - second visit getting bit dated. In room service is horrible. They serve microwaveable food from convenient store !

Oh man, love/hate relationship. If you are staying here be prepared to spend extra 15 min in traffic anytime of any day!

Good access to BTR station. Early check in request was approved as complimentary of Platinum Elite status. Really helpful.

This place is chic , classy and modern. But staff is ignorant when asked to help hail a cab. 30mins wait for tuk tuk . SPG don't expect an upgrade. As long as it's not facing Soi 11, it's a quiet room.

Great location, really bad food. Good for drinks, especially during happy hour . Levels is right under the hotel , so it gets a bit chaotic on weekends

Ten minutes to BTS Nana . Request the hotel tuk tuk service to bring you to Terminal 21 where there is good shopping mall and 2 different train line to bring you to anywhere they go.

Ask for a room not facing the Soi 11 as they are quieter . Pool is on the shadow most of the day. SPG Platinum members are better taken care off at other SPG properties in Bangkok.

Great hotel , sadly the Soi is shady - tourists , prostitutes and thieves including and especially the tuk tuk drivers and cabbies.

High floor for a good view . Breakfast is great but a little pricey .
