A lovely and superb gym in Jeddah . However, it lacks good customer service when it comes to details no matter what or how clients communicate those problems to management. A/C is a huge problem here.
The gym was superb, nowadays the quality and some of the staff are poor, services became a bit slacky, and the prices pumping high without giving much attention to the subscribers.. It's sad.
It's so cool and clean its the best in jeddah for the VIP ;)

place has an amazing facility inside but lack of the final touch and small details outside, gardener in bad shape, Janitors need to be trained and no recycling trash for all wasted water bottles
