They took best stuff from luxury designers and made something affordable for everyone. Quality not always good but anyway I love zara????
Attempted to buy a small black lacquered stool, but all three on shop floor were chipped or damaged in some way. When I therefore asked for a discount was told against company policy - shame on #Zara
For some reason there are never enough cashiers , can be *really* slow
Messy layout here and rude staff
Manager was terrible!! So disappointed in the customer service. Do not go there.
