Fantastic place for tapas . And t's just 0.5 block SW of the Waldorf - so if you get tired of Librije's sister and the Peacock A, Tia Rosa is a viable, charming alternative.
Best tapas I ever had... and I try them often... amazing cute little place by the water, and each and every one you try, from basic Pan Con Tomate to Chorizo and Gambas ... outstanding!!
Cozy is the word to describe it all. Try the spicy chicken , so tender and perfectly spiced! Also scallops w/ lobster sauce !
