I wasn't greeted when I walked in the door. And some of the employees aren't very polite. Wiping tables with gloves on is disgusting. Dirty tables. Groton is better all the way.
Guess you have to ask for a napkin and utensils. I got a bagel in a bag with a tub of cream cheese .

Terrible service. Witnessed a turkey bravo made with no turkey . Customer had to bring it back. Team seemed inexperienced uninterested and overwhelmed by drive through. I was inside and forgotten.
