Its inside the intercontinental hotel , right on Michigan Ave... so expect long lines and limited seating !!! BUT, they have water jug to take yourself - which is nice

Note: On a typical weekday morning, on average, there are at least 20-30 people in line with two cashiers and one barista. Keep that in mind in case you are in a hurry to get to work.

Great location on Michigan Avenue. There are only outlets for half their tables for charging a laptop or phone.

Sit by the window as you sip your coffee and charge your electronic devices and wave @ everyone as they walk and drive by! ;-) 

Chestnut Latte at Christmas is a must. Right in the middle of the magnificent mile at the Intercon; great spot for a coffee stop

The service is very good. They're always busy and it seems that they don't run out of food very often. I'm very friendly too.

People watch on the Mag Mile with your coffee while sitting at the tall chairs by the windows

The hot chocolate isn't to sweet and great warm up drink during my Magnificent Mile tour .

This starbucks plays their music SUPER loud . If you're coming to be productive, don't. It drowns out anything coming through my headphones!

Free Internet. Even from the hotel 's lobby and after it's closed. Opens at 6am even on Sundays.

Nice downtown location. Great coffee , comfortable seating area.

so this barista was offended by me sharing his face with everyone on twitter. He actually called security,and had me removed from the building. Which is connected to my place of work! DRAMA!

This is becoming my favorite Starbucks and I wonder if it's because of being connected to the Inter Continental Hotel

This is not a corporate store so watch out! You can't redeem any gold card awards here. They also can't read the Starbucks app; you have to have the physical card....smh

Beautiful cashier....and also you have to try the hazelnut macchiato

One of the nicest , cleanest Starbucks I have been too. And fast!

Wow. First time here. So much more room. More relaxed vibe than 444 across street.

Register your Starbucks card. It's just like a debit card. If its registered and you lose it you get a new one. If not ur out the $.

Starbucks has seasonal pumpkin latte . Yummy!

If you like strong iced coffee , consider an iced Americano instead. But, ask for it with no water. That way, it's basically espresso over ice. Strong but good.

Scanners are up and working! You can now scan your Starbucks card from your phone!

Don't come here if you're in a hurry. Guests from the Intercontinental block up the line with endless qiestions. Go across the street to the one next to the Walgreens for a shorter wait.

You have to say hi to Crystal in the AM to get your day started right.

The bathrooms in the Inter-Continental lobby are highly recommended.

Dont use your credit card. Their point of sale system is the worse. It constantly freezes. Use cash or your starbucks card.

Bathrooms are up the stairs in the lobby and to your left.

Curious where the outside seating would be. But good for people watching .

Horrendous line in a tiny shop. Get a bigger location and more people. If I'm paying you five bucks for my coffee I want it with better service.

There is no outdoor seating .

They are really slow at this location. 4/5 Baristas and it still takes close to 10 minutes to get my ice tea :(
