About hidden charges, they will try to ask if you want a starter dish when u sit down, that's not free! The pack of wet towelette, which is like ad, costs 30 cents! Not acceptable!

Their xiao long bao is delicious and they have variations . Best of which are the mala chicken xlb.

The multi-coloured, different flavoured xiao long baos are the main attraction here.

Really good service but it's a waste that their signature dish of 8 different flavors of Xiao Long Bao doesn't live up to expectations.

Service very bad! We were not assigned any seats even though there's empty seats, we have to inform them of the empty seats available. Totally forgot about our dessert & we have to remind them of it.

Besides the expected wait, service was rather disorganised and most of the food was served lukewarm. Some seats were located above an a/c air vent, which made seating rather uncomfortable. Sub-par!

Service was pretty bad or rather non existence as they are very short staffed! For an airport restaurant , the speed of food deliver is simply slow! Be ware of many hidden charges!
