The guac was fresh & delicious and the horchata was some of the best we've ever had. This is a nice, quiet place to relax & even play some chess.
As of 2022 there is only take away . I tried the Kristoffer’s Special breakfast sandwich and a cappuccino and I was satisfied.

Great tamales and tres leche cakes . They also have cake muffin tops which are fun for dunking in your coffee .

Delicious food, and don't ever miss the Choco flan or tres leches cake ! Relaxed, incredibly friendly owners , hidden gem .
Also, the orange juice is fresh. I just discovered they have a lunch menu here too and may get the tuna next time.

Get the quesadillas con chorizo . Use the pico de gallo . Get a cold drink on the side. If you're not a Spanish speaker: Don't forget that when two Ls are together it sounds like a Y.

Honest to God only go here once in a while. Everything is so overpriced. And the Flan is not the beat in Chicago. I've had flan much better than what they sell here. IMO don't waste you money
