Barr Trail is a nice 3 mile hike , I recommend using this down the mountain after doing the Manitou Incline up.
Barr Camp is a great place to take a break or even spend the night. They have great facilities there, so our weight can be reduced.
I rather be early to be a little cool than hot. Free shutle, save on parking .
More fun to climb up the incline and go down Barr trail from there.
Great for a run down.
Make sure to stop in at Barr Camp !
