Went for Christmas party and couple times for dinner . Staff is always friendly (even if they shut in 20 mins), very helpful and caring. Great English cuisine and beautiful cozy place.

A little crowded but we found a table right away. Best ice coffee I've tried in Brightin! Egg benedict is great, very delicious. Highly recommended for breakfast ????????

The beef burger is really good and the staff are super friendly . I told them I liked their fiery and tasty hot sauce and they gave me a free bottle because it was my birthday.

The pan-fried salmon with beetroot tortellini , watercress & pea salad is delicious! Only way it would be better is without the giant dollop of mayo . Raspberry , peach & mango smoothie is also great!

The original. A Brighton institution. Perfect menu. Good food. Good service . Can't be missed. Just annoyingly long queues if you don't get there early enough.

Be prepared to queue, but also be prepared for some of the best food in Brighton. Try the eggs Benedict , blueberry pancakes w/ bacon , and sea bass special!

A great staple. High quality food is a guarantee if you're prepared for a wait when you don't have a booking . Delicious when you're not looking for a risk.

Becoming a better person at Bill's can be achieved by ordering the granola-yoghurt-red-berries combo. This breakfast can even be unlocked during lunchtime.

If you're having Bill's full English breakfast , get the beans, black pudding and crispy potatoes . It's worth going the whole hog.

If you visit when it's colder outside make sure to bring a jacket and scarf to wear while you eat. The half of the restaurant by the door was FREEZING.

Visited here on numerous occasions after first sampling the food in Lewes. Really love everything about it. Sad that the house salad is off the menu . But cheesecake with sunflower seeds is AMAZING!

Ok Bill's has great wifi connection and some mouth watering dishes, but they have no vegan food and even their vegetarian is cooked in chicken stock !
