POOR customer service, drive thru is a 10 min wait. No receipt with your order and I asked for mine but the receipt machine is down per the drive thru girl. Does anyone working their have common sense

This Wendy's is the worst. I went inside because the drive thru was long and it was the same thing. Waited for almost 20 Minutes.
