MAJOR upgrade from the old lounge . Thia new one is amazing. REALLY nice and properly air conditioned . Charging outlets everywhere, snacks , a manned bar with cocktails . Incredible!
Nice place , good service , fast , I did check in for London , was great
There are two bridges from the building to the platform , for coaches 11-18, then 1-10. There is much less congestion on 11-18. Platform is connected/continuous. Total walking is the same.
Don't expect some food here, however it's just some drinks and light snack . Staff is kind enough to inform you when train departure time approaches
To enter, present your valid Platinum Card (issued in ICC, UK, France or Belgium), a boarding pass showing a confirmed reservation for same-day travel. Guests are not permitted.
Not much food options but a relaxing place before your train . They have table charges which is a nice touch.
Perfect upgrade, better than the old one . Lot of space .
Don't forget your white card gives you access to lounge + 1 guest : best way to meet new people if not traveling in business...
Worth the extra nicely configured and jump the long q's
Free Internet, mobile chargers, and everything you can expect from a pretty cool lounge .
Comfortable seats , snacks , wifi , press
The best train ever
So much Food and beverages that it could worth it to eat in the train ...
More space and quiet room upstair.
Sometimes they have magazines in Chinese
Wifi code is experience
Nice mini buffet lounge🍸
Great service !
The lounge in St Pancras is 1000% better than the one in Gare du Nord. Very dated, not many charging areas & everything self-service.
Experiencia que no puedes dejar de lado a la hora de la aventura por Europa.
Sikkert den bedste lounge i Europa - cocktailbar og udsigt over stationen 🍸
They got way backed up and a lot of people missed their train. Make sure you leave lots of time. - Joanna Tillman
Nice little coffee stand in the train station. Wide selection of food and drink to choose from. - Greg Fuller
Really not great. Overcrowded, difficult to find a seat, huffy hostess and wifi tricky to get working. One coffee machine (pay) and not a huge amount of comfort. Still, better than the concourse... - Peter McGurk
Great place to relax after busy day exploring the sight or the many shops in the neighbourhood. You will need a executive room or be an elite hhonors member for access incl free drinks - Ronald DL
