Staff here has always been friendly to me. The one time they messed up an order they were very courteous & gave me a coupon for a free salad or sandwich .

Ordered a turkey and avocado but didn't get any avocado on sandwich . I went back to ask, and they just said we are out. They didn't seem to care.
There is a serious shortage of outlets here.
Cinnamon crunch bagels rock
We've gone here twice and both times they screwed up one of our orders. And when we bring it to their attention, they gave us attitudes. The Panera at Clearwater Mall is much better.
