The parks and the play grounds where awesome. I am more of a childish person so I was playing on it. Now tips are if u could make the playgrounds even bigger and have biggest park in Georgia. #Awesome
Forsyth Park is a must visit place for Savannah whether you want to do the whole tourist thing or not. Great place for pictures, picnics , and people watching . Not to mention, it is free of course.
Built in the mid-1800s, Forsyth Park is named for Georgia Governor John Forsyth and has a Fragrant Garden for the blind to enjoy the beauty of the fauna.
There is a farmer's market every Saturday. Highly recommended for fresh produce , fruits , cheese , honey , coffee and woodworking.
This is a great place to relax , walk, run, watch your kids play, take pictures. I absolutely loved this park .
Came here last fall to see adelitas way and thought it was really pretty. Hubby and I went and it is beautiful with all the azaleas blooming and the fountain green

One of the main parks in Savannah . Walking path around the park is 1 mile. Located next to SCAD. Plenty of space for you to relax, play soccer , etc.
After visiting this spot, it’s easy to see how Savannah is one of the top southern towns . A very family friendly location in the historic district.

Rent a bike and bike around the area! It has canopy from trees , and you can see all the old houses surrounding it too!
Transport yourself an ocean and mindset away as you stroll around the Parisian style fountain , warm spring sunlight shining through the thick canopy of trees .

Perfect place to tan if you don't want to drive all the way to Tybee . On St. Patrick's Day, they dye the fountain water green!
