The King and Castle (Wetherspoon)

Pretty busy Wetherspoons. Good luck getting a seat. Worth while going to the other Spoons in town (Windlesora in William St ). It's cheaper & quieter there.

Huge garden that gets the sun until late on summer evenings.

Nicer of the two wetherspoons in Windsor. Made for tourist , but unfortunately comes with tourist prices too. More expensive than the nearby Windlesora on William St .

Great food. They even do lemon , lime & bitters drinks!

One of the few places in Windsor with a beer garden and it's the best one in summer. In fairness there's a great range of beers and spirits stocked.

Good choice of drinks but food is not the best. Chicken burger is very plain, chicken wings too dry and over-fried. Have to ask waiter to clear the table and very hard to secure one due to its locatio

Classic burger (beef ). Just average. sauce in white pot is called periperi sauce. Bit spicy .

Great for breakfast and supper - try eggs Benedic (pure heaven)

VERY cheap , great for a pint or cocktail but if you order food know it’s not good. You order at the bar , so no service other then bar service .

Tables in 4 Floors and a Nice outside Terrasse

Pulled pork sandwich is a must

Well , it's a pub ... It's a Witherspoon ... It's nice with honest food...

Very disappointed. Roast dinner tasted no better than dog food. Beef was really chewy, carrots were soft and definitely not fresh. Food was almost cold. Never going back there

The place has potential... But very inexperienced waiters and a bit nasty... They just wouldn't open a tab for me even with credit card and ID... Guess will leave my money somewhere else

Extremely rude management and bar staff . Never felt so insulted. Better places close by. Avoid like the plague.
