Wow what happened? We went during the lunch rush and food was moving! Good customer service this time. Kudos management. Stepping up.
I love El Pollo Loco franchise but this pretty much the worse one in the chains. Rude service. Long wait time. Location is not an excuse!
In the evenings the drive-thru line is horrendous!!! Easily aa 15 minute wait w/7 cars.
