Get a corner room (1625) & enjoy this at sunrise. Have breakfast at the Club Lounge (w/floor to ceiling views over looking the harbor ). It is a cold buffet but they will bring hot food made to order.

Get a room at the highest floor you can and if possible ask for a corner room on the south side for an amazing view and sunset ! The floor to ceiling windows are great!

The best hotel in Düsseldorf . The interior design is beautiful. The rooms are well equiped. The stuff is always perfect and helpful. The bar is lively . Restaurant is selective. What can I say more?

An absolutely amazing hotel on par with the Regencies in Asia. Wonderful service and extremely cosy and well appointed Club rooms . The only downside is its location, a bit far out from the city center

Excellent GRMS system - place card in holder at door, room lights come up, HVAC kicks in AND exterior louver blinds open - goes from dark and solar-protected to bright and airy in a second... Nice

Mit nur einem Wort zu beschreiben und zwar "Fabelhaft"! Es hat nicht nur ein schönes Ambiente, sondern in allen Bereichen mit sehr gut zu bewerten und darüber hinaus. Daumen hoch! ????????

War schon mal besser, vor allem das Empfangspersonal. Mussten unser Gepäck selbst auf den Gepäckwagen laden - bei den Preisen und Sternen voll daneben.

Freundliches Personal, allerdings nicht zuverlässig - Pebbles Anfragen wurden leider nicht beantwortet, der Wellnessbereich lädt allerdings zum entspannen ein.
