phone reception is horrible & you are immediately put on hold as soon as they answer, and either the people working there do not know how to use the actual hold button on the phone or just don't care
They messed up everything in my order.They gave me a calzone full of meat when I am vegetarian ,forgot a side I ordered, over charged us, even went to the wrong address.Then did nothing to correct this
