Lovely setting along the canal . The hotel is huge and apart from the main building the villas and stand alone restaurants are really lovely have great cuisine and chefs .

Stunning inside and out, had a wonderful tea experience with amazing staff and decor fitting for a palace . You are paying for that extra service, setting and experience as a whole.

It's a Ritz. It's outdated, but it's still classy and there is so much to do on the estate! Pool is great and love that it's right across from the Grand Mosque .

Tried the harira soup which was so yummy and filling & the steak was well done .. the ritz carlton cake was a 7 out of 10 in my opinion

As usual, you can't find a lil mistake at the Ritz!

They just opened for 5 months... staff are excellent, always try their best. Check in was a bit confusing n slow. The room is really nice. Only the bed us a bit high. Location is a bit remote.

Excellent location with very comfoy beach

The hotel lacks soul, it's huge and impressive but something is still missing. Check out the gym - I had a fabulous workout there.

The hotel is very classic ! Beautiful lounge and friendly staff but I don't like their food. I was there for Emirates Foundation Summit, the conference room was okay but the buffet was below average !
