Cold Stone part closed as will all others within the chain. Only coffee and sandwiches (and donuts , of course) will remain.

They need to get trained on Cold Stone. It's Chop Chop Fold Fold. But they do it so many times.

Slow service. Young employees that chat with each other while while one person takes care of each line . Watched a customer leave the line , angry bc of the unnecessary wait.
