If level 1 has a queue for registration, head straight to level 2 or 3 where they are usually queue less machines for you to register. Note, toilets are maintained by the CC not the polyclinic.

Super crowded but the queues move pretty fast and the staff are all very nice

Come early. Registration opens at 730am, but there's a long queue way before that. Registration may close early due to overwhelming numbers.

Take a number on the first floor and then proceed to the 2nd floor for registration, registration starts at 0730

mon to fri last registration for morning at 12pm and for afternoon at 4pm.. sat last registration is 1030am and clinic closed from 1pm to 2pm on mon to fri..

Sengkang Polyclinic is too crampy. Nt spacious n also always overcrowded. MP should do something with the space n add more seats.

Last registration for morning slot is at 12noon while evening is at 4pm. On weekdays.

The queue at the lab is terrible. The space looked like a living room of a 3rm flat, and it's enclosed. Imagine the no. of living organisms circulating inside, at the expense of the newborns' health!

Service here is slow at times due to ppl cutting Q in numbers and requested the doctor to be seen first.

The free wifi rocks.

Waiting time is too long on the weekends and ppl keep cutting queue . Unfair for those who are waiting for so long !

Come early to void queue!

The sms notification dun work at all..! I went to eat my lunch n they miss my queue without sending me a msg..

Queuing time is terribly long even on weekdays.
