Only had the pork shoulder (a.k.a. collar/neck.) Really delicious and perfectly cooked. Fatty but not grisly, hella umami, just spicy enough, and the tiniest bit sweet. Would be bomb with sticky rice .
Great Isaan style Thai food , from the Fish Cheeks team. Crispy rice pork salad was very tasty.
This not your generic Thai spot. Great Northern Thai , proper spicy . Not for the uninitiated. Try it!
Grilled chicken is great, corn salad is delicious and the papaya salad is SPICY !
