Great food, great atmosphere and great wine . A little heavy on the pockets but trust me, you get more than you pay for. Try the truffled mash and mini twice baked potatoes for sides, absolutely great.
Traditional appetizers get modern embellishments: tuna tartare is topped with a jewel-like quenelle of wasabi-flavored tobiko . Nicely browned brussels sprouts make a fine side dish.
Must save room for the amazing Pistachio Cheesecake : Roasted Pistachios , Ver jus Cherries , Pistachio Crumble, Pistachio Paste, Vanilla Whipped Cream .
Chef Jarvis Williams & his staff provided an amazing dining experience. Excellent service . IMO, #1 steakhouse in MKE. BLT Wedge, Filet topped w/ Roaring 40's, Mac & Cheese . You won't be disappointed.
