Dudes are crazy helpful and passionate about bikes . Always willing to help you out, even if they don't have what you need. Seem to have a following with the local kids, which is awesomely adorable.

I don’t have any issues in this place, all that I have is praises and a lot of them. I can tell that this place will go further and places they are one of the best bike shops out there.

Clearly this is a wonderful place to go to. This is truly what I was looking for, so many choices and so many good bikes to go look at.

The only co-operative bike shop in San Francisco! Mechanics are very helpful if you're just interested in asking a question.

Not so much a specific tip, just a "these guys rock!" So helpful, kind and explanatory with everything. Especially Jackie (well he's the one that helped me)

They let you try a bike out on the road if you leave your DL with them. Also they have dog treats!

Awesome staff !!! Check out their breezer bikes , too. Best thing for commuting!

Super friendly , super helpful, great bike shop

they have a nice DIY bench . it's a worker owned cooperative and the labor rates are cheap . they close at five the last friday of every month for critical mass.

legitimate bros. i.e. nicest people to ever work on your bike . coming here will make you love your bike even more.
