The first building built in this complex. Nice amenities but the floor plans are very oddly shaped and storage space is minimal.

Building management has complete disregard for residents' privacy! They will send outside vendors into your unit and notify you later! DO NOT MOVE HERE if you value your privacy!!!

Getting a valet spot on the weekends is nearly impossible. There's a lot 1 block north on S Miami Ave that has better rates.

Once you take elevator No. 2, you won't want to take another one, ever.
