Very complete hotel , has everything you need. The staff in the lobby is very helpful and can help you plan your day in Warsaw. There is also a rental bike stop in front of the building.

starwood preferred guest platinum members can access the executive lounge on the 19th floor where you serve yourself free drinks from 6-8pm every evening. Other than that, a pretty average 5* hotel .

The comfiest 5* hotel in the strict city centre. Heavenly beds, heavenly showers , the staff set a new standard of being pro. Forget the pool @ the IC, Westin's pampering breakfast will make up for it.

Excellent service , spacious rooms , reasonably priced. Wi-Fi only on the ground floor and 19th (executive lounge ) which works fine. Very close to a huge shopping mall , where you have many restos.

The Exec level rooms - 18 & 19th floor - are reasonably priced and come with access to a lounge serving free 'happy hour ' drinks and snacks (1700-1900hrs) as well as free breakfasts in the AM.

Hotel is good, a little old style hotel but still good. The only problem is with the staff , unfriendly and unprofessional!

in the morning the lifts are very slow. You can take more than 10 minutes to get one. Go to have breakfast on time!
