Been a while since I've been here-staff was really wonderful, especially in the club lounge . Excellent egg white omelette this AM!
This is the loudest hotel I've ever stayed at. There's construction in the second floor so avoid the third floor. If you're looking for a quiet , relaxing place, look elsewhere! Otherwise nice.
Clean and balcony seating in your room. Refrigerator is $10 extra a night btw. Really enjoyed our stay!
This is one of the two starwood hotels in the area. The Sheraton is soooo much better than the Four Points and the prices for both hotels are usually similar.
Club Lounge for those with Platinum Status!
Please get this place updated and for the love of God fix the Ice Machines!
It's not the nicest but the staff is great...I wouldn't really recommend staying here.
Need to fix I certainly machine on 2nd floor
Make sure to request a room that does not face the freeway
The seats at the bar are awful. Sit at a table.
Courteous staff ... Dated rooms.. Too close to the freeway . Sorry choices at the club lounge . Wouldn't recommend.
Don't stay at the Four Points the next exit over. It's a serious dump
Straight ghetto
For nonsmoking this place smells like smoke
Quieter and more apartment-like than the other Dublin-area options. Good for extended business visits. - B Nash
Feels a bit like an older hotel with touch ups. I've stayed at much nicer Marriott properties. - MICHELLE BUMB
Love Stoneridge! Best mall in the tri-valley. Tons of parking, and has always had a good mix of stores and restaurants. Right off of I-580 amd 680, and easily accessible by Bart and bus :) - Jack Wilks
Everything we've had there has been great. Large portions, big menu and unbelievable list of cheesecakes. We've been there with lots of different folks and never heard a complaint. - Jim Murphy
The oolong sea bass is delicious and large enough to share. - Sheila Estrada
