Worst cstmr service, "genius" Fernando and kat are incompetent. before attempting to run diagnostics was just told to pay$199 & told I had 3rd prty parts which is untrue jst so they wouldnt look at it

Sadly these guys seem to be clueless when it comes to advice. I'm a new Mac user and they couldn't help on even basic advice. My advice: find another Mac store.
