Awesome broth!!!!! Loved everything they have! Maybe the marinated garlic meats are not the best for hotpot

Fried pork rib & simmered pork intestines especially tasty. NZ lamb, AAA Angus beef good too. Pork blood was bouncy (like firm tofu). - Gabriel Seah
