I like this gym , generally, but the towels are FILTHY , and a no replacement policy has been instituted (i.e. "You can talk to a manager, but it won't matter..."). Stay classy , True Fitness...

Omg why are the reviews all so bad ! The towels and toilets are really clean ! The trainers joke around and the machines r ok ! It's quite empty at 3 pm btw (y)

Massive gym , no matter what you come, you don't have to wait for the machines that long.

Has a lot of idle personal trainers here. Instead of standing there, why not give out free advice on proper techniques on using the equipment or exercise properly?

Ask for a discount for a non-aircon gym experience: some fucktard members insist on switching off all fans because they are too cold????!!!!!

Since the last (so called renovation, which actually was a decrease of the training area of 40%) it’s a cramped place and always packed ????????

Could have been better if all crews were friendly . Trainor must be smiling too. The place is quite dead..

Best to work out in the afternoon between 1-3pm, not so crowded .

Members should learn to smile a little especially in the morning

The complimentary towels they give you are so filthy . Am sure they are the same towels used to clean the hawker centre toilet floors

Music being played way too loud , which disturbs serious training . Management's response absolute bullshit. Never seen anywhere such arrogance. Stay away! This place is a joke.

So, they decided to turn this otherwise ok gym into disco . Music 's way too loud . Management does NOT get it sorted. Utterly disappointed.
