No frills gym with a variety of equipment and never a wait. Sometimes its ok to pick things up and put them down!
this was a good gym but they are letting it slip into a horrible one. Most aerobic equipment is broke or outdated, badly mismanaged facility. The weight room is still good, but the gym is slipping big
This location has very friendly staff and owners. They keep it clean and tidy. My only beef, classic rock on the radio. Need to go with more modern music. - Robert Zograph
