Be prepared for an incredible leg workout walking up a large number of stairs, but the view at the top is well worth the burn. Watch for steamboats on the Mississippi!
If you'd rather not climb all 244 steps, you can drive up rock street and park nearby; leaving only sixty-six steps to the top.
