Nicely designed space with the exception of acoustics . It’s really loud , when less than 1/4 capacity. A premium bbq restaurant should put more thought into how acoustics affect the dining experience.
Founder John Lewis is fervently dedicated to crafting the best bbq from welding his own custom-designed smokers to waking up at 4am to tend the fire. He takes his meats seriously.
After receiving a New Braunfels smoker as a bday gift , founder John Lewis was soon taking liberties with the design and construction , of his smokers, in an attempt to yield a better result.
Excellent brisket and all the sides were delicious. Premium prices on everything here so come prepared.
This new location doesn’t have the charm & character of the original in Charleston, but the bbq on offer is exceptional.
Great food at a Premium price.
