The black garlic sanyetang gives it sweet earthy (mushroomy). The red ginseng has a more pronouced sweet herbal note than the regular ginseng that is served. both good choices to switch things up.
It's no Bon Chon Chicken or 99 Chicken but its got a taste of its own. Fried chicken is on point but they're Katsu ... Best I've had in Silicon Valley!
Chicken soup all the way. Start with the regular if it's your first time. They boil the whole chicken for hours so it just falls off the bones.
