So many reasons to go to the Vortex... one of the best and most consistent burgers in Atlanta , awesome sweet potato fries , unique atmosphere and the Laughing Skull Lounge ! My wife and I love it!

When I first came here years ago the service was horrible. I came here today an I have new found respect for the place. Food was good and service was excellent. Try the triple or double coronary lol.

You must get a burger from here! Choose a burger from the many offerings. Also, don't forget to get a nice glass of beer or cider to wash that juicy burger down. I recommend the plantanes as a side.

Crave from the Grave: Like it spicy ? The "Hell Burger " is topped w/ habanero relish , jalapenos , & pepperjack cheese . I'm sweatin' just thinking about it! Give the tots a try for your side item too.

The BBQ Bacon Mac N’ Cheese Burger is delicious!!! I get it every time. The loaded potato salad is good too for a side.

The burgers . Get the burgers . Doesn't matter which one (I'm partial to the Coronary), just get one. And beer . A very nice beer selection .

Fat elvis burger was the best! also get the tots or sweet potato fries ! one of my favorite burger joints hands down!

Definitely try some of their Draft Concoctions . My favorite is Black Velvet - Eventide Dry Irish Stout mixed with Crispin Hard Apple Cider .

I want to live in this place! Incredible burgers and a gigantic menu of beers . I tried the Black and Blue burger and the Dragon's Milk stout beer. Both are awesome!

Took my son to eat a double coronary burger before leaving for basic training . He ate the whole thing. That's kind of a big deal in case you don't know. It is not only huge but delicious.

Why isn't there a location in Chicago?? I love that kids can't come! No crying a$$ babies, or whiny kids! Food and drinks were excellent. Love Love LOVE this place!

If you're feeling only slightly risky, and not wanting to end up in the ER try the coronary bypass. 1/2 lb sirloin patty, 3 slices American cheese , 4 slices bacon , fried egg and regular bun . Delish!

ORDER: Coronary Bypass Burger . If you’re serving customers a ½ lb. sirloin burger , topped with a fried egg , 3 slices of cheese , 4 strips of bacon & mayo , you might as well name it after heart surgery.

You can’t go wrong with any of the burgers . Don't miss the tater tots , perhaps the best in the city .

The regular Votex burger was AMAZING. The potato salad I could have eaten a whole bowl of..and I'm not usually that interested in potato salad !!

Great burgers . Recommendations hold up. TX still does it better. Minus pts for crap macho/hate my parents rock: Korn, Disturbed, Manson, etc. Get the Hell Burger to pee out your butt.

The burgers are really really good, the service is good, the beer is good and the music is good. I definitely recommend it!

Food is consistently good. I like the grilled chicken melt (w scallion cream cheese !) and sweet potato fries w a side if pepperberry sauce. oh and Kari Kari is an awesome appetizer .

Alice is amazing. Try the double coronary for a true artery clogging experience or the Big Bad Voodoo Patty for one of the best tasting burgers around.

Try the Zombie Apocalypse - Open faced burger topped with pepper jack cheese , pulled pork , 2 eggs over easy , BBQ sauce in top of Texas toast . That's what you call a burger !

Been eating here since it was on W Peachtree in the 90s! The club sandwich is good but bring back the turkey sandwich . It was better than any leftover Thanksgiving turkey sandwich you ever had!

The hot dogs are amazing and huge! Also, if you want something tasty but not quite as filling, the fried chicken salad is great.

I had the Guacamole burger and it was so awesome! Tomato bisque wasn't so fabulous but it's a burger spot, so wasn't expecting much.

As of 6/29/2016, a server informed me they no longer have the turkey burger . They'd sold the last of them a few weeks prior, and have no immediate plans to resume selling them.

Excellent food, funky atmosphere, straight forward menu, and always a little something for everyone.
