ร้านค้ายังเปิดไม่หมด ของน้อย พนักงานยังไม่ชำนาญ ระบบและเลย์เอาท์ในการลงทะเบียนใช้ Birthday card ขาดประสิทธิภาพ สับสนวุ่นวาย ต้องเดินกลับไปกลับมาหลายรอบ ยังดีที่พนักงานสุภาพ
