Convenient location near to many points of interest. Very good breakfast bar . Parking is a tight squeeze and not for the faint-hearted.

Access to the lounge is important, free breakfast , snaks and drinks can save hundreds. Yes, rooms are small (it's London!) but clean , staff is friendly and helpful. 3 minute walk to Westfields

Been coming to this hotel for over 15 years and always come back and stay nowhere else. It's convenient nice and I always get my upgrade. The breakfast is great.

Great hotel for London. Nice newish clean bright rooms. Big comfortable bed . Fast internet . Lounge if you have access is good though go early at night as limited seating . Close to tube n great shops

Tiny rooms (but it's the default setting for London), great location close to the mall and the tube, smoking rooms available... You dont feel like you're in a Hilton, but then again you're in London

The hotel is located in a very good location with two metro stations close to it and Walking distance to Hyde park and Porto bello

Wifi @ Hilton is Disappointing to the Max ???? Keeps on Disconnecting, Unstable Connection & Have to Re-Login once DC. Your Best Options for Y5 is at Hotel Lobby or Westfield Mall @ Shepherd Bush ????

Wifi is superb despite the constant logged out due to inactivity. Control the TV using smart remote on Samsung smart phone...awesome! Breakfast is good, staffs are efficient and attentive. Keep it up!

Catch the tube to Holland Park & walk down. Nicer and easier than the walk from Shepherds Bush . Cabbies outside get REALLY cross & will refuse to take you to the tube even if it's pissing down!

Brilliant service and staff . Room views not the best, nor was wifi . Breakfast was great though. Heartily recommend.

Good location, decent rooms, nothing to shout about. Quite thin walls. Breakfast , however, was very good; excellent quality, lovely coffee , lots of choice and great vegetarian options . Touché, Hilton.

Wifi is great, and you can use your access code (surname and room number) even after you've checked out!

If you're arriving by tube without too much luggage, alight at Holland Park and walk along leafy Holland Park Avenue. It's a bit further but you avoid Shepherds Bush , Westfield and a large roundabout.

Great place to stay. Staff is great and Executive Lounge is a great perk.

Park your car for a day at westfield shopping centre for 6 pounds instead of Hilton car park charge of 32 pounds a day. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the shopping centre.

Great stuff but free wifi is only in the ground floor. Rooms for 1/2 are pretty small but comfortable .

Location, 5 ⭐️. Rooms are super small with hardly any space to place your luggage. Ask for rooms closer to elevator .

Location, easy access to anything!

Placement of plugs doesn't make much sense in some rooms. None near bed, but plenty of storage space and a free bible if that's your thing.

Westfield shopping mall & shepherds bush tube station is just within walking distance...

Hotel is showing its age, but the staff is friendly and then location is fab.

Wifi is BT, so if you've got their broadband you can get online here for free

Wifi is sad at best. But for Europe the Westfield mall right next door is awesome and pubs nearby are great

Rooms are small, but location is great. Westfield mall is walking distance. Bus station is just outside the main gate.

Not really the best hotel . Rooms are tiny and fairly dated, but the breakfast is good. Paying for lots for slow wifi in the 21st century also seems lame!!

You can park at Westgate over the road at £5.00 per day instead of the £30.00 that the hotel charges

You have to drag Ur bag all the way in! Doesn't help since I've gt the most corner room n full carpet floor!

BAD service!! Staff is not helpful at all, we had an issue with the payment and no one helped us yet. Staff are not good at all they are not welcoming. Though it's Hilton..

Take bus 94 that brings you directly to Primark at Oxford.

Close to the city . Clean . Nice staff . Usual crap Hilton food. Good location for tube. Preferred hotel at reasonable rate when working here.

Quality of service is on the decline.. rooms are old. Hiltpn Honours members, you are better off going to the newly refurbished Doubletree Hyde Park five minutes away.

Second time in the hotel and they still don't have proper internet connection

Fairly small dbl rooms for the crew of Singapore airlines ...they even have emptied the mini bar and only thing I found is tea maker for guest use

The breakfast buffet is exceptional

Rooms need a refurb, location was good
