The isles are always cluttered in the evening. Can't they do all that restocking after hours? Plus they need new shopping carts, they are all noisy and irritating.
In my opinion nothing is good here, those items you return because their broke? Recycled so someone else gets it! Only thing worth getting in that place is food (not even that though).
It's the biggest and cheapest place to shop for everything in the Rupert/Burley area. That being said management here is horrible, turn over is high, and they tray employees horrible.
